Blink Drive Pricing Update

From Monday 25th November 2025, we’re updating our pricing in Blink Drive to deliver better transparency and consistency. 
 
This pricing update applies to the rotation/occupancy/blocking fee component on all subscriptions in Blink Drive (Starter, Fan and Addict):

1. Blink Chargers 

The fixed rotation fee on Blink chargers (AC: €0.03c and DC €0.25c) will be replaced with pass-through rotation fees, as set by Blink Charging as the Charge Point Operator (CPO). 

2. Other Operators 

On non-Blink chargers operated by other Charge Point Operators, we will now pass-through the rotation tariff as set by the third-party CPO. 

In practice, this means you will now pay exactly the rotation/occupancy/blocking fee as and when it is set by the operator or owner of the charging point – without any markup by Blink Drive. This ensures full consistency and transparency in our pricing.

Please note the following important details: 

• Businesses operating under fleet-specific pricing models, subscriptions, or individually negotiated contracts will not be affected by this update. In such cases, existing contractual terms will continue to apply.  

• This change does not apply to Blink Charging’s CPO (Charge Point Operator) business.

*Rotation Fee: (also known as occupancy, blocking, or idle fee) is a per-minute fee that applies when a vehicle stays plugged in after charging is complete. It’s designed to keep high-demand chargers available for other drivers. This fee is set by the charging station operator - either Blink (when we operate the charger) or a third-party provider. As your mobility service provider, we pass this fee on exactly as set, with no added margin. You'll always see if and when a rotation fee applies in the Blink Drive app before you start charging. 
 
**Session Fee: A fixed charge applied at the start of a charging session, regardless of how much energy is used or how long the charging lasts. The session fee is also referred to as a Start Fee.
